Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026. Applies to the Chaos Core iOS app and appicture.com

The short version: Chaos Core has no ads, no Appicture account, and no cross-app tracking. Your detailed run history and progress stay on your device. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, purchase history, and limited technical information to validate purchases and provide purchase analytics. Apple Game Center processes Endless scores and leaderboard data when you are signed in.

Data processed for purchases

Chaos Core does not ask for your name, email address, or an Appicture account. When the game initializes its purchase system, RevenueCat creates a random anonymous App User ID because Chaos Core does not provide it with a custom user identity. This identifier is not your Apple Account, email address, or advertising identifier.

RevenueCat may process the following information when the purchase system is initialized or you buy or restore the optional Full Game unlock or a consumable coin pack:

  • Purchase and transaction information: App Store receipts, product identifiers, purchase dates, transaction identifiers, and entitlement status.
  • Anonymous App User ID: a random identifier generated by the RevenueCat SDK and cached on the device to associate purchase records with the app install.
  • Limited technical information: device type, operating-system version, locale, currency, and service timestamps such as when the app was last seen by RevenueCat.

Purchase history is used for app functionality: validating App Store receipts, preventing purchase fraud, enabling and restoring the Full Game entitlement, and delivering each paid coin pack exactly once. RevenueCat also uses purchase history for service analytics available to Appicture through features such as Customer History and Charts. Chaos Core does not send gameplay events to RevenueCat and does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Game Center data

When you finish an Endless run while signed in to Game Center, Chaos Core submits your kill count to Apple's all-time and weekly leaderboards. The game can also display Game Center nickname, rank, score, and related leaderboard data returned by Apple, including global and friends-only results where available.

Game Center is operated by Apple. Appicture does not operate a separate leaderboard server, store a copy of your Game Center profile, or upload your Game Center identifier to an Appicture server. You can play while signed out; local records remain available without Game Center.

Data that stays on your device

The following detailed game data is stored locally on your iPhone:

  • Run history, kills, best survival times per world
  • Coins, processed transaction IDs that prevent duplicate coin-pack delivery, skill tree levels, owned cores, and unlocked worlds
  • Settings such as sound, haptics, screen shake, and reduced motion

The exception is the Endless kill score submitted to Apple Game Center as described above. Full run history, builds, world progress, and settings are not uploaded to an Appicture server.

Apple may provide system diagnostics through its platform services according to your Apple device and analytics settings. Chaos Core does not add a third-party crash-reporting SDK.

Data we do not collect

  • No advertising SDKs or cross-app behavioral tracking
  • No advertising networks, IDFA, or custom user identity sent to RevenueCat
  • No name, email address, phone number, or account creation
  • No GPS or location permission, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos access
  • No third-party gameplay or behavioral analytics SDK
  • No crash reports sent to third parties
  • No Appicture cloud save or custom gameplay server

Third parties

RevenueCat (privacy policy) acts as Appicture's purchase-service provider. It receives the anonymous identifier, transaction information, and limited technical information described above to validate receipts, manage entitlements, reconcile consumable purchases, prevent fraud, and provide purchase-service analytics. RevenueCat does not inherently use purchase history to track people across apps for advertising.

Apple processes the actual payment through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple also operates Game Center, stores leaderboard scores, and controls the Game Center identity and privacy settings under Apple's Game Center privacy notice. We never see your payment details or Apple Account credentials.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data lives only on your device. You can erase it at any time in-app via Settings → Data → Reset progress, or by deleting the app.

RevenueCat retains purchase and technical records as needed to provide its service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements. Apple controls the retention of App Store purchase history and Game Center data under its own policies.

To request access to or deletion of data processed by RevenueCat on Appicture's behalf, contact us at hello@appicture.com . Because Chaos Core has no account, we may ask for purchase details sufficient to locate the anonymous RevenueCat record. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Deleting a RevenueCat record does not delete Apple's transaction record, issue a refund, or delete Game Center data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data described above, and to withdraw consent. Most service-level requests concern purchase records held by RevenueCat or leaderboard data controlled by Apple. Email us for RevenueCat requests; manage Game Center sharing and privacy choices through Apple's Game Center settings.

Children

Chaos Core is a general-audience action game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has made a purchase without consent, contact Apple Support for a refund and reach us at the address below.
