Quick help

Zen Sudoku's core gameplay and local records work while you are signed out of Game Center and offline. Apple-connected features—such as buying or restoring a product, checking a subscription, and syncing Game Center activity—need the relevant Apple service and may need an internet connection.

Restart first

Close and reopen Zen Sudoku. If an Apple service is involved, confirm the device is online and signed in to the intended Apple Account.

Keep credentials private

Appicture will never ask for your Apple Account password, two-factor code, full payment-card number, or banking login.

Purchases, subscriptions, and restore

A subscription or entitlement is missing

  1. Confirm the App Store is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Connect to the internet, then reopen Zen Sudoku.
  3. Use Zen Sudoku's Restore Purchases option.
  4. If access is still missing, email support with the product name, approximate purchase date, and what the app shows after restore.

Restore Purchases can re-establish eligible subscriptions and non-consumable entitlements tied to the purchasing Apple Account. It does not restore local gameplay progress or consumable gem packs that were already delivered.

A gem pack did not appear

Do not immediately repeat the purchase. Reopen the app and allow the App Store transaction to finish. If the gems still do not appear, email support with the product, approximate time, country or region, and any App Store transaction or order identifier you are comfortable sharing. Never send payment credentials.

Manage, cancel, or request a refund

Apple bills StoreKit purchases and keeps the authoritative purchase and subscription history. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your name and Subscriptions, or follow Apple's cancellation instructions (opens in a new tab). Deleting Zen Sudoku does not cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility and decisions belong to Apple. Use Apple's refund request process (opens in a new tab) for an App Store charge.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. If scores, achievements, or your alias are unavailable, open iOS Settings and check that Game Center is signed in to the account you intend to use. Then confirm the device is online and reopen Zen Sudoku.

You can still play and keep local progress while signed out or offline. Appicture does not run a separate leaderboard server, so Apple controls Game Center account access, visibility, service status, and the Game Center records associated with your Apple Account.

Apple's Game Center & Privacy notice (opens in a new tab) explains its sharing controls.

Notification permission and reminders

Zen Sudoku reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device. If reminders are not appearing, open iOS Settings, find Zen Sudoku, and check Notifications. Also confirm that the reminder is enabled inside the app and that Focus or notification-summary settings are not delaying it.

If you previously denied notification permission, iOS requires you to change that choice in Settings. Zen Sudoku does not use an Appicture push-notification server, so there is no web account or mailing list to unsubscribe from.

Local progress, devices, and reset

Gameplay, progress, settings, and purchase-delivery state are stored locally. There is no Appicture account, custom cloud save, or gameplay backend that can recover that data or move it to another device. Deleting the app, erasing a device, or choosing Reset Progress in Zen Sudoku Settings can remove local information.

Resetting local progress does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete Apple's purchase history. Eligible subscriptions and non-consumable entitlements may be restored, but local progress and previously delivered consumables may not be recoverable.

Report an issue

Email hello@appicture.com and include enough context to reproduce the problem:

  • your device model and iOS version;
  • the Zen Sudoku app version;
  • what you expected and what happened instead;
  • the exact steps that led to the issue; and
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if it is useful and safe.

For a purchase issue, also include the product name and approximate purchase time. Remove unrelated personal information from attachments. Never send passwords, two-factor codes, or full payment details.
